29/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. As Galaxy Pils. 5.2% abv. Aroma is flowery, herbal, grassy, tropical. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Lively. Pretty decent.

29/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Good pour, nice colour. Aroma is stewy, caramel, piney, dank, golden syrup, touch veggie. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Oily, average carbonation. Old skool ipa notes. Not bad.

Best before 10/23, can coming from the coop, Gliserallee, Brig. Tasting this can after the judo of my son, on wednesday. Nothing special with this one, an ordinary lager, light body, watery, dry and light touch of malt, basic bitterness, 26.04.24

Drinking this can during the last tuesday, at Prilly-Malley, before to take the local train to go to Grandvaux and to walk along the Lavaux. Not something outside of the ordinary thing, a bit too metalic at the final, the bottle version is better, 17.06.24

From the big coop at Biel, serving this beer today at home, free of job, perfect with a quinoa salad, on the German way, smooth, wheat, malt, fruity, banana, side of clove, a bit boozy, note of hop, well balanced, 20.09.22, at Epalinges.

This one was an interesting IPA, the coffee is present but it is not that strong, a bit sweet, solid bitterness, a bit citrus, 27.12.18, at Epalinges, purchased this bottle, at Zürich, coop, next to the HB
