It is not the most easiest style of beer to brew. This one is average, nice touch of caramel, malty, a bit metalic and watery, ok, 28.11.16, at Prélaz.

29/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Good pour, nice colour. Aroma is stewy, caramel, piney, dank, golden syrup, touch veggie. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Oily, average carbonation. Old skool ipa notes. Not bad.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a neat and creamy, beige head. Biscuit and toffee aroma. Medium body, flavors as above, lightly sweet but neatly balanced by sufficient hops. A clean, balanced and very well made Amber Ale. 140125

500 ml can from Coop in Zurich, Switzerland. Pours a beautiful crystal clear reddish-orange color with a khaki head and very good retention. Good lacing. Light caramel malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Good caramel malt flavor, without being too sweet. Super clean and smooth. Medium body. Medium-light, and soft carbonation. Low bitterness. A very nice red ale.

Bottle from Meier Geränke Brugg. Darker red amber, golden cream. Fruity caramel, herbal aroma, medium body, pleasant melanoidin sweet, tropics, good bitter balance to the caramelized fruits. Quite drinkable up to a point.

Bottiglia.
