clear amber colour, medium sized dense amber colour; aroma of toasted rye bread, caramel, biscuits, some plum jam and minimal dried apricot and minimal soy sauce notes; taste is less complex with some burnt bittery, malty-biscuity sweetness and slight dried fruitiness; not bad at all

Fläschle (Grüezi am See!): Clear, copper coloured, , smaller persistent off-white head, sweetish-toasty nose with some bitter-malty traces and fruity spots; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering, drier malty and herbal-bitter finish. Odd style, but well crafted and quite well drinkable...

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Malty-spicy aroma. Starts fine malty, light roasty hints, some hints of caramel. Finish well balanced, soft-malty, sweet-malty aftertaste. Nice!

bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Brownish golden with tall white head. Fruity nose. Malty with a pleasant sweetness, shy hints of chocolate and dark honey, a yeasty fruity touch and nice hoppy finish with some herbal-earthy accents.

Bottle. Pours clear amber. Aroma is light caramalts, caramel, toasted malts, rather soft. Body is medium, sweet, softly bitter, with a lively carbonation. Flavours of the aroma continue. Palate is nutty with some sweetness. Okay.
