It is an original beer for the style, green tea, ginger, malt, few hop, a bit sparkling, sounds like a soda with alcool, not bad, 07.03.2017, buying it at the coop, Zürich, next to the Zürich HB, drinking it at Paris, Mercure, gare de Lyon.

Fresh and welcomed radler that I have drunk yesterday, in the area of Mon-Repos, Lausanne before the L.A show, so hot and I picked up this can at the coop of Caroline, Lausanne. Classical and radler brewed on the German style, not too sweet, malty, bitter.

From the coop, Brig, Gliserallee. Perfect after an afternoon at Servion, yesterday with my son. Drinking it preparing my own pizza, fruity ale, good note with the rye, giving this sweet and fruity side, malty, some bitterness, refreshing, 15.01.2023, at Epalinges.

Regular and easy ipa to drink with an interesting touch of wheat, a German kiss, giving a smoothness and a mineral side at the same time, regular hop, bitter and citrus that it is not at the extreme, 28.01.2021, purchased at the coop, Brig, Gliserallee, drinking it at Epalinges.

Tasting this bottle yesterday, on the boat "Lausanne" instead of the "La Suisse", nightmare story for the cgn, rainy and few people better, nice living room area with a correct pale ale free of alcool, medium body, malty, correct bitterness, smooty, good.

It is a classical weizenbock, strong notey of plum and apricot, malt, some hop and alcool well hidden. To drink step by step, 11.10.2017, buying it at the coop, Zürich, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

For me this edition was good and smooth at the palate. The body is yellow, dark and troubled, on the way of the schneider tap 5, wheat and smooth malt, side of mango, rather sweet and a bit sirupy, banana at the final sip, 21.06.2020 buying it in the coop of Brig Gliserallee.
