clear reddish amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of blue grape juice, some red berries, caramel, some pine, minimal grapefruity, vegetables (carrot) and bread crusty notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; not bad at all

hazy golden to orange colour with a lot of floating (yeast) particles, medium sized dense ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of grains, some toffee, buttery, fruity, earthy-yeasty and minimal sweat notes; taste has some hoppy bitterness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; not that bad, but definitely not an excellent pale ale

Erhöhte Karbonisierung, trocken hopfiger Beginn. Säuerliche Noten (MHD in 3 Wochen), etwas getreidig. Extrem trocken werdend, dumpf, wenig Hopfen. Kaum vorhandener Nachgeschmack. Meh. 7/4/5/5/8/5

Eine wirklich angenehme Überraschung. Als ich die Flasche öffnete, srudelte ereits der Schaum heraus, obwohl das Bier ruhig im Kühlschrank gelagert wurde. Aber es war weder alt noch übel. Es hatte einen schönen Geschmack nach Zitronenzeste und Orange. Dazu ein bisschen Zitronengras und Marille. Es ist weniger bitter und schön ausgewogen. Ein leichtes, braves Bier, das sich gut trinken lässt.
