Sunday afternoon at the brewery, two pints and a flight of six (6oz pours) taken in the sunshine, cheers to my Son-in-Law for driving; 23rd July 2023. On the flight, hazed golden body, white affair on top. Almost sour in nature and not very Belgian too me, struggled with it.

On the flight, red hue to the bronze body, clean and clear, on top a fast fading white affair. Malty front, semi-sweet, not much hop action going on.

Draft @ SDBW 2016 Guild Festival. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty woody sour chocolate aroma. Roasted malty woody sour chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty woody sour chocolate finish.

From backlog. Taster at the brewpub. Clear golden with white head. Malts, hops, pine, bitterness.

On tap at The Brewpub in Julian, Ca. Cloudy yellow/ orange with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, vanilla?,Fruity.

Black with a brown head - Roasted malt, wood and cherry aroma - Roasted malt body with bitterness, bourboun, wood, and tart cherry flavour - flavours goes into a long lasting finish - This was very good

On tap at Monkey Paw. Pours a clear copper with small off white head. The aroma is toasted malt and biscuit. Thin body, spice, bread, raisin, light finish, decent.
