On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orangish-yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. Smells like orange juice, with some juniper, and white bread. Sweet and fruity, and sharply bitter. Light to medium body, with an acidic, sharp, and crisp palate. This is a pretty nice, hoppy beer.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is milk chocolate, anise, cocoa, and dry grass. Sweet and malty. Light body, with an effervescent, creamy mouthfeel. This is a mild and fairly tasty schwartzbier.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. A hazy, reddish-orange color, with a medium, off-white head. The aroma is lots of tannins, caramel, sweet cherries, leather, and syrup. Very sweet. Medium body, with a syrupy, astringent feel. This is a pretty fun, vinious, and sharp beer. A little thin and cloying, though.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The nose is coffee, charcoal, some bread, chalk, and grain. Sweet and just a bit bitter. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, thin feel. This is a pretty solid beer.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a clear, pale yellow color, with a medium, white head. The aroma is pine, rosemary, syrup, and cream. Sweet and sugary, with a lovely, mild bitterness. Medium body, with a sticky, syrupy, and sharp mouthfeel. This is a fun, and surprisingly solid pilsener. No hint of the ABV.

On tap @ the brewery. Reddish brown appearance with a creamy brown head. Smoky, herbal, light pepper, chocolate aroma. Medium light body. Light spice, chocolate, twang, and celery. Too many vegetal notes from the chili peppers.
