On tap @ the brewery. Pours a damn close to black appearance with a long lasting, creamy brown head. Light smoke, burnt malts, light char, chocolate in the aroma. Moderate high bitterness. Low sweetness. Some caramel, dark chocolate, and smoke in the flavor. Average Porter.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a clear, darkish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Pretty clean aroma. Light caramel, tropical fruit, pineapple, smartees, and mango. Bitterness is a bit high. Moderate low sweetness. A bit gummy but not sweet. Lightly piney. Fair amount of fruit. Solid offering albeit nothing special.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a yellow appearance with a little haze and a light cream colored head. Heavy banana and peppercorn aroma. Fairly effervescent with some bubblegum. Light body. Moderate high carbonation. Candy and bubblegum centric flavor. A bit sweet. Some herbal notes. Pass.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a hazy, somewhat bright orangish red appearance with a thin tan head. Nuts, toast, caramel, bitter herbal hops in the nose. Not too inviting of an aroma. A little goopy. The flavor is homebrew like. Mashy, bitter, herbal, grassy, some pine, and caramel. Kind of marzipan like. Finishes bitter. Unenjoyable.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a little hazy brownish orange appearance with a darkish brown, creamy head. Caramel, toasted nuts, pecans, dirt, burnt sugar, and toast in the aroma. Flavor is a little on the sweet side. Slightly metallic. There’s some more nuts along with cola and brown sugar in the flavor. Bitterness is a little high, as is sweetness. I didn’t particularly care for this offering.

Ugh - I enjoy pepper beer, but this is way overdone on the.peppers - the approach has most of the pleasant character of the base beer, but after that it is all vegetal pepper flavor and intense heat, especially in the finish, where I often had to curl my tongue and breath in, like when eating spicy food - my lips were burning by a few sips in - very hard to finish.

Tap at the brewery - dark ruby - the nose and flavor are a nice mix of sweet vanilla bean, moderate roast, lightly bitter dark malt, a mild acidity, light leafy bitterness - fairly creamy texture - a touch of chocolate and coffee, a little blueberry in the finish - pretty good.

Tap at the brewery - hazy amber - fairly typical americanized esb - bready malt, some caramel sweetness - dry hopping adds some floral and fruity characteristics - perhaps a mild mineral note - more like a hoppy amber, but an okay beer.

Tap at the brewery - not mu h distinguishes this from the base beer, really - peach is delectable, and adds an additional level of sweetness, but if I didn’t know there were peaches, I would not guess.they were there - they do, however, dull the hop profile and soften/thin-out the body a little - I like the base beer better.
