Hazy blond color with large head. Nice aroma of fresh hay, some grass, lemony leaves. Smooth and lightly sweet, with a delicate malt flavor, and rather low bitterness.
Balanced and fresh, simple but pleasant.

Bottled@HBF2015. Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and also has some slight toffeeish and wheaty notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, some floral and fruity notes along with a bit herbal notes in the finish as well.

Bottled@HBF2015. Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some grass, earth and mild bready and kinda slightly sweet malts. Flavour is very similar, a quite thin palated brew, but would most likely be nice on a warm summer day.

Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of wheaty malts, banana, yeast and toffee. Taste is sweet, malty and wheaty with loads of yeast, banana and toffee. Finish is sweet, stuffy and yeasty with loads of banana and yeast. A bit unbalanced.

33cl bottle. Unclear amber, thick white head. Spicy, fruity, banana in aroma. Flavor has sweetness, banana, spices, wheat. Quite sweet. Not the best hefeweizen.

33cl bottle. Sample. Near black, thin white head. Rye bready, awesome aroma, spicy. Flavor has bread, caramel, light milky sweetness. So good. Winner. I like the fresh bread here.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2015) The beer poured clear and almost black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts and chocolate. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, ash, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. A burnt and thinnish brew.

Sample from bottle at HBF 2015, Colour is black with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, some chocolate and roasted malts. Quite weak.

Pours a deep black color, topped with average cream dark beige head. Mild aroma of roasted malts and coffee. Some caramel in the back. The taste starts sweet, creamy, a little roasty notes in the finish and Quite lasting coffee aftertaste, which is mild and pleasant. Very nice.
