Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Black pour with nice beige head. Aroma and taste is roasty and roasted malty, notes of cocoa, caramel, coffee, light ashy burnt malty nuances, nice mouthfeel, pretty decent brew this.

33 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malt, light fruity. Dark malty, tarish, roasted. Bitter, dark malty, hardroasted. Dry and dark malty finish.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with late awakening, huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of dark bread, pumpernickel, coffee surrogate, a touch of celery and liquorice. Taste is spicy, roasty dark malty, slightly salty, notes of dark bread, pumpernickel, celery, liquorice, subtle sweetness with a touch of treacle; lasting, slightly bitter hoppy and roasty finish, a sweet-ish layer remains on the lips. Wow! Nice surprise, this is really good.

Lahev s patentním uzaverem: Light amber coloured, hazy, loose mid-sized and stable off-white head; solid piney to grapefruity nose, cough-syrup and lemony traces underneath, some yeast swirling around; medium to solid bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied; lingering and drier cough-syrupy and medical finish. Good, but IMHO a bit TOO hoppy…

Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep golden, big creamy and stable off-white head; moderate to solid herbal-peppery nose, some piney traces underneath, pale malt as well; moderate to solid dry bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, creamy MF; lingering citric and herbal finish with a certain,barely detectable, amount of sweet pale malt. More a bottom fermented IPA than an ordinary Helles…

Smooth and round. Nice fresh bitter body with a bit too grainy hints. Fresh and smooth, but I miss nice fresh and floral hops. The grainy body takes much freshness out of this beer, the bitterness is moderate, not an overwhelming IPA.

Fresh floral beer. Nice smooth but grainy beginning with sweetish hints. Easy to drink with a nice floral bitter aftertaste. Fruity hints, fresh but a bit too grainy.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy dark amber with big solid head. Aroma of tropical fruits, lemons, grapefruit. Tastes bitter, dry mouth feel, bitter finish. A decent IPA.
