750 mL crowler from Happy Harry's 45th St Fargo, 8/13/20. I thought this was a Junkyard Brewing crowler. Oops. Hazy light brown / dark amber. Thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, toast. leaves, cherry, plum. Taste is toast, cherry, plum. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Malt forward, fruitier than expected. Nice.

Pours a hazy, light golden-yellow, with mid-sized, lasting, foamy head. Aroma is grassy, with citrus and tropical fruit, a touch of green onion. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, grass, green onion, some sharp cheese. Smooth, soft mouthfeel. A slight touch of hop bitterness at the finish. Prototypical stuff.

Pours a rather thin, cola black, with minimal head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, some leather. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, cinnamon. I can see what this beer wants to be, but it just isn't. Needs to be thicker and more sweet and just bulkier all-around. This is really disappointing.

Pours a hazy, reddish-purple, with minimal head. Aromas include strawberry, graham cracker, and lactic acid. Flavor is sour berry, vanilla, and graham cracker. Could maybe use a touch of sweetness to balance things out, but pretty tasty as is.

From a growler. Hazy orange and we well carbonated. Aromas of citrus mostly, as well as floral hope. Smooth palate and very drinkable at 6 percent. Medium sweet for the style.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2020. Pours a hazy peach with a white head that starts at the edge and dissipates completely. Aroma has tart peach with some creamy sweet wheat and a hint of vanilla. Flavor has vanilla and sweet wheat up front with a growing tart peach note.

Pours a rather thin, dark, cola-black, with minimal head. Aroma of chocolate, graham cracker, some roasted grain. Flavor is chocolate and more chocolate, with some graham cracker and vanilla. This is one of the sweetest chocolate stouts I've ever tasted. I wish the consistency was a bit thicker--they'd really have a winner on their hands.

Pours a slightly hazy, brownish-peach color, with minimal head. Aroma is dank, with some citrus and grain notes. Flavor is grainy, with citrus, maybe some tropical fruit. It's lightly sweet, with a faint hop bitterness at the finish. This one could use some more work.
