Cask at the brewery. Pours a clear amber red with a thin white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has dry red wine notes with some sweet grape and a hint of funk underlying. Flavor has tart cherry and dry red wine with a hint of oak and grain backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light orange with a hint of a light red hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has sweet strawberry with a bit of sweet grain underlying. Flavor has lots of slightly sweet strawberry with straw and light sweet grain backing.

Batch is beautiful, too! This almond coffee stout is liquid glass, waning moonlight on a cellar door window: sticky slippery smooth moves. Strong coffee but as bitter as Mr Rogers. Definite milk sugar presence in taste, feel, and glass residue. ❤️ ✊🏽🦵🏽

Gotta love everything about this sexy bad boy. Roasted pecan balanced very well with the caramel and oak chips. I’d hit it again. But what are kolaches? Cheers Mateo !
