Bottle at Hopdog, 25th January 23. Pours a clear caramel colour. Aroma is biscuit, light caramel. Taste is bitter, floral, yeast, aromatic, mellow, bitter lingering finish. Great.

0.5l tap. Unclear amber red with a creamy head. Resin, dry hops, grapefruit zest, caramel, toast, ripe orange. Dry hoppy bitterness, some sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. Really nice Kellerpils!

Draught(Bayrischer Anstich)@Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Bayrischer Anstich. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some wooden, nutty and sweet maltiness. Flavour is sweet malts, mild floral, herbal, wooden and toasted notes. Lovely taste.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Dried fruit, cherries, wood, chocolate and nuts in the aroma. A hint of marzipan too. Chocolate, roasted nuts, berries and some bready and fruity notes in the taste. Very tasty.

Flaska från Bierothek. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av bröd, säd, rostade nötter och torkad frukt. Stor kropp, relativt söt, torkade aprikoser, mjölkchoklad, nötcreme, rostade nötter, ett sötare bröd med frukt, mjöl, torr avslutning trots ganska lättbakat. Rustik men ändå komplex och mångnyanserad. Mycket gott.
