Description
The Knoblach inn has been in Schammelsdorf since 1880 and it has been brewing there for about this long. Today Michael Knoblach is the resident master brewer. The Knoblachs are deeply rooted in their homeland and maintain good contact with regional suppliers and farmers. They attach great importance to preserving and actively promoting the diversity of the Bamberg region. For this purpose, the raw materials are, as far as possible, bought exclusively from the region. This not only has the advantage of boosting the domestic economy, but is also reflected in the quality. The ingredients couldn't be fresher.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B, Max and kajser27. Hazy golden with small white head. Malty, grainy, bit bready, some herbal notes, sweetish, bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa, Rome. Cloudy orange, medium white head. Malty, grainy, bready, tad sweet, fantastic bitter finish. Smooth. Easy drinkable.

A bit hazy light orange color, healthy fluffy head. Lightly malty, sweet, smooth, a bit boozy. Nice.

On tap at HopDog Munchen. Clear golden with medium white head. Malty, grainy, tad grassy/herbal, vague sweetness, some yeast, nice moderate bitterness. Easy drinkable and refreshing. Medium bodied.

On tap at HopDog, München, Thursday 8th October 2020.Pours gold, light/mid gold with a white head, dry hoppy, nice steady bitterness, a nice but modest maltiness throughout, a little sweetness, clean and refreshing, it's a lovely beer.
