Many thanks for this beer from Franken to Mariusz. Moze nieco zawyzona ocena ale piwo napewno jest dobre, nie do konca ciemne, takie polciemne, z mala piana ale nawet trwala. Smakowo to koszerne ciastka piernik bez polewy czekoladowej, nuta szarlotki zrobiona i wymieszana z kwasnym cydrem. Wytrawnosc tu jest i srednia goryczka. odrobina nut tostowych.

Tap @ Knoblach, Schammelsdorf. Pours Hazy Golden with a creamy White head. White bread, marzipan hints and grass. Full bodied. Crisp and dry. Delicious.

Weihnachtsfestbier der Brauerei Knoblach, Schammelsdorf, 5,6 %, Flasche von Lager Lager, Berlin. - Dunkles Kupferrot, leicht trüb. - In der Nase tiefes, erdiges dunkles Malz mit Röstaromen (Brotkruste), Bitterkakao und zartem Karamel, leicht weinige Noten, hintergründig kräuterige Herbe. - Antrunk überraschend trocken und herb dunkelmalzig mit Brotkruste und einer Andeutung von Rauch. Milde herbale Hopfenherbe. Für ein Märzen eher schlank, trocken. Im Abgang nicht zu milde Herbe mit Anklängen an Bitterschokolade, Asche und Moder. - Durch kernig erdige Röstmalzigkeit untypisches aber überzeugendes Festbier.

Bottled 500ml. -from Die Bierothek Bamberg. Clear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, light grassy nose. Sweetish malty, bready and cereals, light grassy and grainy with short dry bitter finish. Not so good.

[Bamberg 2018] 500 ml. bottle @ Café Abseits. Near clear amber, creamy head. Nose is bit dirty basic caramel & sweet tea oil. Taste is tea, esters bit oddly sweeter basic caramel, tea but fair. Basic oil, low dull but agreeable.

[Munich 2018] Thank to Jonas! 500 ml. bottle sampled. Amber orange, small head. Nose is orange, grainy, sweet hay, caramel, bread. Taste is weird, thin grainy, basic grainy bread, weirdly kitchen spice bitter in the finish, overly so & bit dull grainy.

Bottled 500ml. -from Die Bierothek Bamberg. Clear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grain and caramel in the nose. Moderate malty, caerals, grain and light caramel with rather strong carbonation. Nothing special here.

Bottled 500ml. -at Café Abseits Bamberg as Stammberg Bock. Clear dark golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, weak malty and whiff of alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, grainy, light herbal hoppy and noticable alcohol with dry sweetish finish. Good one.

Thanks to the boys for this bottle! Amber with medium white head. Aroma is grassy grains and still warm humid bread. Some fruity peach and maybe other fruit. Taste is slightly metallic grains a little oxidized rust, not as bad as this sounds, just very rustic and earthy. Tart and long finish. Very drinkable. Nice.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, copper-ish golden colou rwith small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally husky, mellow malty aroma, hints of toffee and cream, a very cautious nuttily touch.Taste is minimally sweet malty with a touch of toffee and cream, hazelnut, slightly grassy, bitter hoppy overtones. Creamy texture, soft palate. Not overly complex but with nice subtleties.
