Bottle: Clear, deep golden coloured with a mid-sized, quite stable fluffy head, sweet-malty, but mainly floral hoppy nose; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied; lingering resinous-hoppy and sweet-malty finish. Decent and moreish...........

Bottle: Light amber coloured, lively carbonation, small off-white layer; sweet-malty, but mainly metallic aroma with the faintest traces of toasted malt; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; drier malty finish with a touch of vegetables and some hoppy rays in the aftertaste. Not the greastest pleasure, unfortunately typical for a Grasser brew..........

Test vom 21.2.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,9,5,7,7 - 7,25

Bottle
Cloudy yellow, builds up a big head. Clove and citrus aroma. Chewy body, slightly more banana than other franconian weizen but mainly dry chalky clove, sparkly mouthfeel. Doesn’t feel like it has much substance on the first sip, but is quite rich on flavor really. Bready spice and banana aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle (Vroni’s Bamberg): Amber colour, thin, but lasting fluffy head; barnyard smell in the nose, traces of malts and grassy hoppiness; slightly "metallic" malty taste, traces of sweetness, but mainly a dry slightly malty and slightly bitter(in the finish) brew; all in all watery and unpleasant.......

Test vom 24.5.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,8,6,5,8 - 7,40
