Canned 03/2025. Golden colour, medium-sized white head. Pine aroma but already some mustyness in it. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, pine, light fruityness, decent bitterness in the finish. Decent IPL, probably great when it was fresh.

Bag in box at PBF. Hazy mahogany colour, still head. Aroma of salmiak and raspberries. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pretty much salmiak and raspberries on mild banana. Rather inoffensive pastry sahti. Pretty drinkable in fact.

Dark brown colour, tiny head. Strong aroma of "Apteekkarin salmiakki", licorice powder. Also hints of raspberry. Medium-bodied. Semi-sweet licorice dominates the flavour, some berryness from raspberry. Typical Sahti character is somewhat hidden, has only kind of Sahti texture. Interesting brew. PBF XV. 1,5ltr bag.
