On tap at the brewpub. A clear dark brown to black beer with a small dark beige head. The aroma is roasted and lightly burnt, with some licorice and a good piney touch. It's full bodied and lightly warming, pleasantly carbonated, with a good bitterness. Roasted malts, burnt malts, licorice, pine cones and grapefruit zest. Lasting malty finish. Too malty, but quite nice anyway. 241025

On tap at the brewpub. An almost clear one, golden, with a small white head. Typical saison aroma, fruity and peppery, with grassy hints and some bread notes. It's medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated, quite dry, with mostly fruity flavor, peppery, grassy and lightly malty, bread and pale malt notes. Medium length fruity finish. Quite nice this one. 241025

On tap at the brewpub. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small white head. Grainy, fruity aroma with some dusty hints. Pale malts. It's medium bodied and dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a very gentle bitterness. Pale malts, fryityness, bread, dust and hay in the flavor. Medium length finish. A clean and pleasant one. 241025
