(Keg at Bruuveri, 20151007) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, earth, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. A good malty brew.

[ As Bruuveri Hillbino’s HipHop Lager ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw - grass, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass - straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Tap at Brewpub Bruuveri, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some grain, sweetness, hops and malts. Fruity but could be grainier, also too sweet.

Flavours were grass, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A nice bitterness focused but still balanced pils.

Draught@SOPP2015 Helsinki. Goldeny yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some floral and mild wooden notes along with some bready, but sweetish malts to it. Flavour is very similar, in a nice balance. Quite a pleasant one, but I’d still want a wee bit of diacetyl in this.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Golden colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is grains, some floral, mild herbal and some quite nice bready malts to it. Flavour is grains, some earth, mild spices, floral, fruity and herbal notes. Mouthdrying, and very easy to drink.
