Draught@Bruuveri 9.4.2013 Deep amber/copper color, steady creamy off-white head. Fruity, kind of exotic, grapey? aroma. Medium-bodied. Woody malty flavor, light overriped note in fruity hoppyness. Bitterness and touch of alcohol in the finish. Drinkable although a bit straightforward alcoholic DIPA.

Draught@Bruuveri. Clear dark amber color, big cloudy off-white head. Citrus and fruits in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet apple, citrus and berries in the flavor. Fruity bitterness in the aftertaste with some tickling alcohol. Nice hop kick.

Tap @Bruuveri, rated 18.1.2013. Slightly hazy amber-orange color, steady small white head, good lacing. Aroma has strong resin and pine. Medium-bodied. Fruity and resiny, a bit piney too. Very West Coast -like IPA. Nice.

Tap @Bruuveri, rated 1.11.2012. Dark nut brown-reddish color, good creamy beige head. Aroma is a bit tarry smokey with fruity hoppyness which is very typical to Bruuveri nowadays. Medium-bodied. Fruity, sticky hoppyness and bitterness mixed tar and licorice. This has a bit higher ABV than usual Bruuveri IPAs and it seems to work. Smoke-tar and hop combination works well.

Draught@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mildly nectary with some slight bready notes. Flavour is nectary, some honeylike sweetness, mild floral and grassy notes to go along with it. A bit thin, but at the same time refreshing.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, sour malt, spicy, light roasted, shoe polish notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, spicy bitter, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130629]

Tap @ brewpub. Hazy amber, thin white head. Mandarine, malt, hops in aroma. Taste is grapefruity bitter with notes of gooseberries and wood. Mouthdrying finish. Musty, well hopped IPA.
