Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in December 2016. Hazy amber with a large head. Aroma and taste of malt, some bread, caramel and hints of fruit. The body was soft as was the bitterness. Nothing special.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy mahogany colour, rich head. Doughy nose with notes of hay. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Bready with some hay, notes of lingonberry. Low bitterness.

Bottle from Folkölsbutiken. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bread, some hay and citrus. Similar taste. The body was light and the finish fairly bitter. A solid Low Alcohol.

33cl swing top bottle from a trade with omhper, many thanks! Pours quite dark brown colour with a huge good lasting tan head. Aroma of strong sweet malt chocolate, caramel. some dark red fruits. Taste of dark red fruits, chocolate, sweet strong dark malt, toffee, some wood, delicious!

9th Nov 2016: 33ml bottle between four at the monthly Shrewsbury beer exchange group meeting in Chez Sophie. Cheers Mat for this flip-top. I really enjoyed this brew. Dark brown, tanned top. Chocolate and coffee esters reach out from the beer, some light liquorice too. Taste is also leaning towards chocolate and coffee flavours, again with a mild liquorice feel. Semi-sweet and very drinkable, hides the 8% ABV with ease.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av malt, humle, karamell med toner av torkad frukt. Lagom maltsötma, platt kropp, lätt beska. Lite väl långtråkig. Hmm, hade förväntat mig mer från Qvänum.

330ml Bottle - Black with some red tinges. Leather, plain chocolate and molasses in the aroma. Raisins, berries, sultanas, toffee and grain dominate in the malty and sweet taste. Nice but a bit thinner than I was anticipating.

[ As Qvänum Ekfatslagrad Ambassadörsporter Imperial (Bourbon) ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, oxidide, oak, bourbon, dark malt. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, laber larver, dark malt, wood - oak, oxidide, roasted - chocolate - vanilla. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150808] 8-3-8-4-16
