Svart med fingerhøyt lys brunt skum. Lukter kakaobønner, mørk sjokolade, vanilje, sviske og mørke frukter. Medium fylde. Lett bitterhet, noe salt smak. Kjenner kakaopulver og sjokoladesmaken. Medium sødme. Kort avsluttning.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours dark brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of booze and chocolate. Taste is booze, bit of rubber. Sweet finish.

Bottled@PBF X. More or less black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is lavendel, some ashes, mild caramel, toffee and some floral notes. Flavour is very similar with some alcohol pushing through as well. Quite an interesting result, and a very nice sipper.

Bottled@PBF X. Black colour, small white head. Aroma is ashes, some vanilla, wood, mild roasted malts and chocolate to it. Flavour is chocolate, mild ripe fruits, wood, vanilla and some roasted notes. Very beautiful balance.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some spices, mild nectar as well as some slight, but suitable sourness. Flavour is citrus, some spices, mild tartness, nectar and some wheaty notes. Pleasant Witbier, which is one of the better ones I’ve had within the style among those brewed outside of Belgium.
