Clear golden color, small white head. Harsh, grassy, grainy, hop pellety aroma. Light-bodied, fizzy. Grassy hoppyness, nice bitterness but very thin malt profile. Harsh aftertaste.

Pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma of earthy notes, grass, caramely malts and toffee. Taste is earthy, malty and grassy with some dry bitterness. Finish is dry, malty and grassy with some earthiness. A bit unbalanced.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep brown to black colour with a medium, light brown head. Pretty carbonated. Aroma of dried fruit, herbs, leather, roasted malt, burned wood, forest floor and cola. The flavour has more wood, leather coffee, some smoke and earth. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. A light and easy-drinking stout, but there�s a lot of interesting flavours as well.

Bottle from trade with Marduk (Many Thanks). Bardzo ciekawe podejscie i interpretacja Marzena. Fajna jakby celtycka etykieta. Aromat typowy dla marzena slodowy, ale czuc suszone szyszki. Wyglad piwa bursztynowy o intensywnym odcieniu ciemnej pomaranczy. Piana srednia ale jakosciowo dobra i trwala. Smak przeplatany od karmelowego slodu do chmielowej lekko goryczkowej i trwalej koncowki.

0,33L bottle. Pours very dark brown with tan head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is roast, minerals, malt, and hint of cocoa. Taste is roast, ash, and some burnt sugar. Finish is ash and burnt bitterness. Overall: not bad, but I’m not really enjoying this as much as I hoped.

0,33L bottle, BB 10.2014. Pours red amber with off white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is caramel, sweet and slightly metallic. Taste is sweet, caramel, bread, sourness, hay, and bitterness in the background. Overall: another solid brew. Rating: 6:4:6:3:12=3.1 Re-rate as Vormsi Kärrslätt. No sourness this time, nice sweetness, caramelly, even somewhat nutty, some metallic notes. Finish has some nutty bitterness. Overall: very solid brew.

0,33L bottle, BB 09.2014. Pours hazy amber with small off white head. The head stays. Aroma is weak caramel and hay. Taste is sweet and bitter, caramel, and malt. Finish is hoppy bitter. Overall: solid session beer. Original rating: 5:4:6:3:13=3.1 Re-rate As Vormsi Saxby. Bit sweeter than I remembered, has also nice dry bitter finish. Really well made lager, no qualities I usually dislike about lager (no grainy-corny-cardboard stuff), still it’s bit too sweet for me and not something I can get excited over.

33cl bottle at Drink Baar, Tallinn. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Malty and slightly fruity arpma with notes of apples and hints of grass and caramel. Medium sweet with a hint of sourness and a fairly light bitterness. Easy to drink and sessionable.
