Gold and slight haze. Just a thin head. Lots of bright fruity hops on the nose. Lean and dry. Light citrus, maybe earthy hops.

Weak light clear gold body and minimal foam. Has some honeyed grain notes, coming off rather wet. Taste is a vague cereal, soft sweetness, feeling like it's interspersed with tapwater. If I really wanted to drink from the toilet, I would have.

Cloudy lighter orangey gold body and minimal foam. Seems like a tart peach aroma, which doesn't make sense for a pale ale. Taste is a fruity caramel, vague peach notes, finishing wet. I've had this dream where I'm in the Arctic, in Iqaluit, going to a bar approximating the one there. Folks are huddled around bare wood tables, staring at newcomers. Beers are served reluctantly to them, and they winge as they drink them. So here we are - dreams really do come true.

Cloudy orangey gold and okay foam. Good aroma of tangey piney hops, orange zest, solid malt. Taste is okay pine and malt, maybe some orange zest, ending smooth with lingering grain notes. More or less okay, a little amateur.

Hazy deep yellow body and minimal foam. Nice piney tangerine on the nose, inviting. Taste is tangy breadfruit, finishes chalky, mostly smooth. Feels more hazy than west coast, but a step above the usual fare here.

Has slightly cloudy lighter gold and modest foam. Smells of rancid grain, used urinal cake, this may be an attempt at funk but it has no place in a basic lager. Taste is very weak sour grain, slightly bitter. Ends with misplaced bitterness, odd cloying sour grain. This is a total miss for a lager, nothing is working properly here.
