The brewer is the Hatch Winery, but they made this one off-site, pending brewing license. (Bad Tattoo does a lot of contract brewing, so my guess is they are the brewery of record, but I don't actually know that). But since the Hatch (in West Kelowna) is planning to open the Hatching Post as an actual brewing facility (I think at their winery), I'll just fill in that information as it becomes more available. The beer itself is hazy, tan colour with a nice, simple pale malt nose. Vinous accents, and they integrate well with the base beer. Not bad at all.
