0,33 l swing top bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pours out oily pitch black. Never seen such a dark beige head. Sweet choco and malt smell. Taste starts smooth fruity sweetness, some milkchoco malty. Nearly no carbonation. Hop present in the background. Nice.

0,5 l swing top bottle. And of course again from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pours out unclear pale golden, small white head. Little bit smooth medicine smell. Taste starts also with a lot of elder, some sulfur. Pale malt in the background. Little bit dry with sourness. Hints of burnt plastic. Very low carbonation. Not really my cup of tea.

0,5 l can out of the tremendous box from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Black in the glass with reddish edges. Small beige head. Smells roasted malty with some tart elements. Taste starts also very roasty, nearly burnt with malty sweetness in the background. Increasing sweet malty in the second part, less roasted. Grassy and caramell. Little bit unbalanced. Anyhow, my first beer out of the Saarland.

50cl bottle, thanks to Erzengel, euro swap. Poured deep golden, unclear, thick white head. Elderflowers in aroma, some tartness, some citricness. Slightly sour, mild rubbery notes in flavor, not much elderflower here. Not very pleasant. Light bodied.
