Description
it started with brewing beer at home with a pot and a wooden spoon, it continued through the desire to have my own microbrewery. Until August 2021, we were a so-called flying brewery. If you are not familiar with this term, it means that the brewery does not have its own facilities, but brews beer in other breweries. At the end of August 2021, we brewed our first batch in Luhačovice.

Can (from drinksonline.eu). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and a bit tart berries to it. Flavour is floral, nectary, tart berries and some citrusy tones too. A bit grainy tones in finish too. Thin and watery palate.

Can via Drinkshop. Very very faint sour cherry both in colour and aroma/flavour, to the point where I could not pick it up by myself. This would be fine and all, if the beer was good by itself minus the cherries. Alas it is not. Oxidation above all, little in terms of pleasure to be found here.

Can via Drinkshop. Quite tragically oxidated. Also almost flat, really low carbonation. This beer failded on completely basic levels, especially as something which is declared to be both an IPA and sour. It is sour, yeah, also bitter, but those are about the only two boxes it ticks. Overall below average, ungood. Hard to drink too, feels just stale.

500ml Can - Golden with a slight haze and a foamy white head. Peach, citrus and some biscuity and herbal notes in the aroma. Fairly hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine and some slightly earthy notes. Not bad at all, but a bit rough around the edges

Can. Thin body, med-high carbonation. High bitterness, slightly sharp, with a bit of astringent edge. Low sweetness, background malt. Light oxidation going on too. I would argue this is hopped too hard for such a low ABV beer. But then again, the bitterness is that much harder hitting. The subtle hoppy aromatics seems to be lost in the oxidation though. Vaguely grassy, resiny, piney. Overall average-good.
