Our ambition was always to brew super fresh IPAs and this has been our main focus since our opening. Our flagships within this range now consist of the Bale Ale series, Hobo Chic, Uprising and Dank & Juicy.

Night cap on tap at Fermentoren. Patchy beige head, decent lacing, devil-black body. Smell of chocolate and dark fruits. Flavoured with dark malts, bread, juicy rye, scotch, and dried fruits towards the ending. Well bodied and well balanced. Enjoying, however the Sherry version was even better (Copenhagen 03.05.2015).

Small glass draught at Fermentoren. Jet black body. Fair fawn-coloured head that stayed well leaving fair lacing on the glass. Mid-sweet dark malty aroma with a sherry scent on the top. Lovely flavour character containing moments of vanilla chocolate, raisin, bread and sherry. Roasted tail. Woody and velvety on the swallow with warming alcohol. Full bodied. Excellent stuff, just a tad too sweet for even a higher score (Copenhagen 03.05.2015).

Small glass on tap at Fermentoren. Creamy white head blanketing the glass. Pale golden body. Modest aroma of pineapple and wheat. Fresh fruity taste of pineapple, grapefruit, and mild spices. Prolonged ending. A tasty and refreshing saison (Copenhagen 03.05.2015).

Keg at Orsted Olbar, CPH, 30/04/15. Golden with a moderate off white top. Nose is mandarin, earthy hop, citric pith, spice, straw, bitter orange. Taste comprises tangerine, citric pith, straw, earthy hop, melon, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Ok APA.

100ml draught at Taphouse. A patchy surface over a murky dark reddish body. Crocheted lacing on the glass. Aromas of dusty hops and earthy malts. Flavour of earthy malts, mid-sweet. Backdrop of citrus, added by dark spices. Resinous bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Not bad at all (Copenhagen 01.05.2015).
