Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark brown with a thick frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, light coffee, red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a rich, smooth, alcoholic, dry malt palate. Moderate to full bodied with soft carbonation.

[ As Dry & Bitter Ever Glow ].Light unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, hop bitter. [ As Dry & Bitter Affluence (Sherry) ].Clear dark black - red brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cherry, wood, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cherry, wood, alcohol - like danish snaps - akvavit. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, caramel, filled chocolate, mild whisky, light oak, light vanilla notes. Wonderfull aroma. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, coffee, caramel, chocolate, whisky, oak, vanilla, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with some ligt warming alcohol.
