Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, schwach hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Das Raxbräu ist ein Wirtshaus bei dem namensgebenden Berg. Dort wird auch ein recht brauchbares Bierchen gebraut, auch wenn die Kellnerin ziemlich unfreundlich war. Ein sehr süffiges Bier, das aufgrund seiner Getreidigkeit sehr leicht zu trinken ist. Ein klassisches hausgebrautes Wirtshausbier, das wohl vor Ort am besten schmeckt. Aber es gelingt durchaus, das uriges feeling in eine Flasche zu bringen. Wer getreidige Gasthausbiere mag, kommt voll auf seine Kosten.

Bottle at a tasting. Fully malty, caramel, nutty, toasted. Rather sweet, not off-balance though. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Hint of roasted astringency. All in all easy drinking, good.

Bottle at tasting, thanks Cuso. Malty aroma and taste, light roasty notes, caramel, light sweet notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle from brewery, many thanks Miro. Golden color with medium white head. Biscuity malty aroma. Taste, caramel, diacetyl, light hoppy bitterness. OK.
