Golden colour without head. Aroma has notes of green apples. Flavor has sweet notes at the beginning, green apples, acidic notes and slightly bittery in the final. Very high carbonation.

75cl bottle. Reddish colour with minimal and quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is sweet and traces of red apples. Flavor is same as aroma, and with slightly cherries hints.

1 liter bottle with screw cap from Simply supermarket. Very light yellow - greenish colour, short lively bubbles. Nose is sweet apple, dry, bit of sulphur. Flavour is medium sweet apple, bit syrupy. Medium carbonation. Fairly sweet finish. Not well at all.

Bottle from Simply supermarket. Hazy light yellow, greenish colour, no head. Nose is dry and slightly sour apple. Flavour is sour apple, leather. Low carbonation, light bodied. Slightly watery finish.

Bottle from shop in Potes. Yellow coloured. Nose is sweet apple, bit of leather. Flavour is sweet apple, fairly carbonated, sugary. Taste is a bit artificial apple and sweeteners. Fairly sweet and slightly dry finish. Pretty disappointing.

"Champagne" bottle, from Carrefour, Cartagena. ABV is 4.1%. Golden colour, no lasting head. Aroma and flavour of sweet eating apples, just a hint of sulphites. Fizzy mouthfeel. Among the more anonymous of Spanish sidras, but drinkable.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry apple fruity and slight sulphorish. Citrusy and sulphorish flavoured. Bitter and citric flavoured into the finish.
