Tap at the brewery restaurant as 11% černá. Blackish very dark brown body, thick, creamy beige head, medium retention. Heaps of caramel, some raisins, honey and vague roast in the aroma. Lean, dry taste, milk caramel with some cocoa and raisins. Bit flat. Low herbal bitterness. The most sensible beer of the bunch. Not great, but has a nice enough profile and isn't too sweet.

Tap at the brewery restaurant. Lightly hazy golden body, thick creamy ivory head. Lightly yeasty aroma, low maltiness, citrusy aroma, grapes, low sulfur. Smooth soft, dry taste, some grapes and citrus from the underused 'murican hops, low yeastiness. Bit flat, feels diluted somehow, but cleaner than the two standard beers.

Tap at the brewpub. Amber body, hazy, darker than some polotmavé outliers, bit lasting creamy ivory head. Sweetish malty aroma, caramelly, a little bit of that acetic touch... no, JakeAFC is spot on with "balsamic". It's behind, but seems to be a weird brewery quirk, at least in the summer hah. Medium-light body, on the dry side, caramelly, trace diacetyl, trace balsamic notes, good herbal bitter kick in the finish... Slightly unclean, unusual character, but kinda works as a whole.

Tap at the brewery restaurant. Just a shade more pale than the 12°. Golden with light amber undertones, hazy, fairly lasting creamy ivory head. Malty aroma, soft, slightly caramelly, light herbal undertones, vague acetic feel, maybe the first pour of the day? Lean, dry taste, neutral maltiness, just vaguely caramelly, quite empty, bit minerally, low herbal undertones, very low bitterness, traces of the same funky undertone as in the aroma, positive it's the tap. At least it's not too sweet or buttery.
