Description
Based in Cambridge, MD on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, local boys brewing local beers.
We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time. Proudly brewing since the summer of 2013 with no intentions of slowing down, striving to continuously produce products that our community can take pride in

16 ounce can thanks to Steve. Pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. nose is pineapple grape fruits a little earthiness subtropical hop sweetness. Taste is more of the pineapple grapefruit and nice light sweetness.

16 ounce can thanks to Steve. Pours out burnished copper color topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet melon lemon tropical fruit some Pine hops. Taste is more of the big dank hop notes plenty pine and fruit.

16oz can I picked up at Max’s pours an oily brown with no head. Nose has booze, coconut, caramel. Flavor is sweet, caramel, booze, vanilla, cola. Oily finish.

Roast and light maple. Black pour with ok head. Some caramel. Bittersweet finish. Some coffee but light after the terrapin single. Cask at chuchkey.

From a can at the DC tasting on March 25, 2016. Poured a clear golden-brown pour with a white head. Aroma was roasted malts, some funky Roasted. Malty. Caramel. Light barrel I suppose, alcohol is pretty well masked.

Can shared at the DC Tasting on 3/25/2016. Thanks nimbleprop! Mostly clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, citrus, honey, malt. Tastes of honey, stone fruit, malt. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Floral yeast and some raisin. Good balance and good beer. Brown pour with decent head. Light sweet finish. Bottle shared at tasting.

Cask courtesy of GenDV138, thank you sir! Opaque brown color, fluffy tan head. Aroma has brownies dipped in coffee, subtle maple syrup, vanilla. Taste is roasty coffee, sweet start but dryish finish. Tasty.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear dark golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, candied orange, light floral notes. Tastes of citrus, tropical fruit, floral notes, candied fruit. Medium body with a dry finish.
