Description
Based in Cambridge, MD on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, local boys brewing local beers.
We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time. Proudly brewing since the summer of 2013 with no intentions of slowing down, striving to continuously produce products that our community can take pride in

Draft pour at SG 2 Year Anniversary. Pours a deep purple to violent with some magenta highlights with a finger of magenta foam that lingers. Very fruit forward nose with raspberry and sour cherry standing out. Some wild blackberry notes as well. Quite acidic and tart on the palate with lots of skin and seed notes. Draft pour at SG 2 Year Anniversary Party. Pours a hazy golden orange with a finger of foam that lingers. Big pungent orange candy nose with some lemon and mango. Creamy on the palate, with a lot of sherbet and gelato-like texture. Sweet with some lingering prickly bitterness, but very mild.

32oz growler pours a hazy yellow with a ring of white head. Nose is tart with lemon, grapefruit, passionfruit, stone fruits too. Flavor follows, lemon, passionfruit, nectarine, unripe peach. Finishes tart.
