Smell of malt, straw. Mead colour, very high beige head. Aroma of malt, some caramel, faint earth and grass. Light body. Foamy carbon. Medium sweet.

Smell of hay. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of grass, hops, malt, some vegetables. Funky bitter. Medium carbon. Somewhat messy.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from the brewery, 20220305) The beer poured dark brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had raisins, toasted malts, earth and malts. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, malts, caramel, toffee, raisins and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. A promising strong brew from a new brewery.

Bottle Ardes residence, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy Brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, raisins, some Bread ... simple but not Bad.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 30 - bottled on 16.02.2022 - BBE 08/2022, from the brewery, 20220305) The beer pale golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, spiciness and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, floralness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter.
