古くから醸造文化が根付いていた出雲は、今日迄、酒蔵、醤油蔵など、温かみのある匂いを、生活に織り混ぜている素晴らしい土地です。そんな風土の中で育まれた水は質も良く、この土地の豊かさ、柔らかさを物語っています。そんな出雲の豊潤(豊柔)さを表現する為、新たな醸造蔵をはじめました。

A 'juicy' apparently but there’s a bit of saison about it. Something lightly funky. Quite interesting!

Very subtle, nice stuff. Not in your face and lots of nice berries and yoghurt.

Good stuff. Full on old style house ipa stuff. Fruity and fun. Bit dangerous but can’t feel it.
