We believe in sourcing & crafting the finest beers & produce.

It all started when Sam and Robyn first met, two creative and inquisitive individuals who love spending their time outdoors and discovering different cuisines. Their curiosity for new food and drink has led them to experimenting with food from different regions and they soon expanded their knowledge and skills to home-brewing and growing their own produce. Spending most of their time together walking, climbing and “pub crawling” in the Peak District soon made them realise the uniqueness and qualities of local foods and resources.

Keg bar at the Nottingham beer festival 2022. Light hazed amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are pine resin and earthy. Medium body.
