330ml bottle at Tropical Home, Hoi An. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a short-lived, fizzy off-white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, Belgian yeast. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, burnt toffee, earthy, herbal, dry, oaky, light vinous palate. Over medium bodied with lively initial carbonation that dissipated quickly.

The flavour is over moderate sweet, moderate bitter, with a smooth, rich, malt, big juicy sweet sugary citrus, big warm boozy alcohol, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Impressive.

Draft at the Hanoi Craft Beer Festival 2022. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light herbal woody hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a smooth, light, herbal, light citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. A touch more carbonation would have been good along with some dominant lime citrus flavours.

The flavour is moderate sweet, with a rich, smooth, herbal, earthy, raspberry, cherry, light warm alcohol, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. The lack of carbonation was interesting. A few bubbles might have been nice, but a tasty beer all the same.

330ml bottle at Rogue, Saigon. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is saison yeast, herbal, chamomile, bubble gum. The flavour is yeasty bitter, with a smooth, herbal, yeasty, earthy, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Somewhat unique! Yeasty and floral but all very subtle with no over dominating flavours that all sit very nicely together.
