Bottle 330ml. [ As Hellstork Rise of the Sidekick 12° ].[ Courtesy of my Local Swap 2015-1 MisoW ]. Clear medium to light orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus - orange, hoppy, caramel - toasted, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150619]

This is a pretty hard beer to make my mind about, though I have had it several times. Lots of masterminds involved in creation resulted in a pretty complex and ever changing beer. Spicy Belgian character, slight trippelish candi sugar notes, also resiny zesty fruity hoppiness. Overall good, just maybe too many influences and not intense enough.

Bottle from trade with Cuso, many thanks! Sehr stark karbonisiertes Bier, trüb golden, sehr große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm hopfig fruchtig, frisch, trockene Früchte. Geschmack sehr hopfig, kräftig bitter, schöne Fruchtigkeit, auch im Abgang lang anhaltene Bitterkeit, gut!

Bottle. Quite brutally hopped, grassy, earthy. Lacks carbonation, which would probably bring out more of the precious hops character.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour, quite quickly disappearing head. Aroma clove, coriander, bubblegum. Quite nice, clean and inviting. Taste is true to aroma, coriander, clove, light orange peel, true to style and tasty. Refreshing.

Tap at Stupavar Beer Pub. dark brown color with thick beige head. Coffee, dark chocolate, caramel in aroma. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, some milk in taste. Enjoyable beer.

Tap at Stupavar. Pitch colour, moderately stable head. Very tasty and true to style beer. Pleasant sessionable strength, moderate carbonation. Lots of coffeeish roasted flavour, also the silky milky mouthfeel. Very good.

Tap at Stupavar. Quite true to style interpretation of style. Clear brown colour, stable head. Rather hoppy beer, above moderate bitterness, earthy grassy hops flavours, quite solid toasty malty backbone. Light diacetyl, very light fruitiness. Easy drinking, very good.

Tap at Stupavar Beer Bar. Chestnut brown color with huge off-white head. Caramel malt, yeast, roasty notes, light citrus hops. Caramel malt, coffee, yeast, very light fruitiness in taste.

Bottle from Staromestianska Pivoteka. Dark golden color with huge white head. Strong citrus, resiny hoppy aroma. Strong hoppy taste with grapefruits, grapefruit zest, pines, resin with light malty backbone. Long hoppy bitter finish. Tasty.
