Bottle from brewery shop. Unclear amber color with medium off-white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, light lemongrass. Light lemongrassy taste with yeast, coriander, other sices, light hops. Nice one.

Bottle as American Saison. Malty and spicy yeasty aroma and taste, hoppy notes, medium bitter. Medium body, malty spicy bittet finish. Ok.

Bottle via Beermalade Covid tasting. Very dark colour, solid beige head. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Quite clean, light sourness which seems to be roast-derived. Initially clean porter impression in the aroma, with some dried fruits and soft roast. Taste surprises by the thin body and assertive dark deep roasted flavours. Quite good.

Bottle via Beermalade Covid tasting. Moderate boty, light caramelly maltiness. Moderate carbonation. Hops centered, with med-high bitterness, accentuated in the finish. Classic citrusy resiny zesty hops character. Solid, drinkable, good one.

Bottle via Beermalade Covid tasting. Hazy amber colour, beige head, medium lasting. Full body, malt centered, caramelly, but also nutty, and a very little bit of background roast going on. The roast probably helps the hops counter the sweetness, overall sweetness-bitterness balance sits in a neutral spot, beginning sweetish and finishing bitter. Any hops character in the background, maybe a very little earthy grassy flavour.

Bottle via Beermalade Covid tasting. Moderate body, med-low carbonation. Light sourness, really fresh feeling. Lots of citruses, lemon, orange zest, flowery and spicy notes. Refreshing easy drinking mix. Light honeyish maltiness, hops in the background. Very refreshing, very easy drinking, clean too. Very good.
