Ein Sauerbier mit Weinaromen. Da kann man viel falsch machen, aber auch neue Geschmacksformen kreiren. Dieses schafft ein gut trinkbares, spritziges Getränk, das aber nicht zu sehr in die Tiefe geht. Durchaus interessant, aber ein Freund von Bier-Wien-Getränken werde ich deshalb auch nicht.

Draught at Cobolis fourth anniversary festival. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- vinous, aged one, white grapes. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour and tart, slightly bitter, relatively decent, herbal, vinous, a bit sharp pickles like tones. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Poured from 330mL bottle (bb 16.7.2019; shared with Cuso, Gurthnar, MisoW). Fairly hazy gold with small white head. Fairly hazy gold with small white head. Coffee, light touch of chilli pepper, cascara is pretty feint, quite enjoy this, especially for this style and that it's a bit older.

Tap at Kollarko. Hazy yellow color with thick white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, zest, pines. Taste is fruity, juicy, oranges, tangerines, zest, light pines. Medium long fruity hopp finish. Nice.

Thx to Marian for this can. Clear, pale amber color and a nice white head. Nose of overripe fruits, piny, faint ich sugar. Taste is bitter-fruity, resinos-bitter finish.

On tap at Žil Verne. Quite a hoppy thing, juicy, medium bitterness, hoppy. Pineous. Well brewed thing.
