Ein Sauerbier mit Weinaromen. Da kann man viel falsch machen, aber auch neue Geschmacksformen kreiren. Dieses schafft ein gut trinkbares, spritziges Getränk, das aber nicht zu sehr in die Tiefe geht. Durchaus interessant, aber ein Freund von Bier-Wien-Getränken werde ich deshalb auch nicht.

Draught at Cobolis fourth anniversary festival. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- vinous, aged one, white grapes. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour and tart, slightly bitter, relatively decent, herbal, vinous, a bit sharp pickles like tones. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Bottle. Golden color with small white head. Funk, blue chees, lemons, zest. Taste, acidic, grapes, funk, basement, ripe camambert and blue cheesy. Akward beer. Something went wrong.

On tap at 100 pív I might be not fan of this Wildstork. Kinda awkward nose. Tastes is bit better, medium sourness, dry, riesling grapes. Pitty about the aroma.

Tap at 100 piv Sour Tap Takeover #3. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Lots of honeyish and flowery character in both aroma and taste. Easy drinking, quite aromatic. Light sourness. I like it.
