Tap at 100 piv. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light passionfruit, less than most passionfruit beers have. Med-high bitterness, med-light fruity sourness. Slightly burnt impression. Otherwise fruit-centered, with the passionfruit in balance with moderate citrusy hops character. Slightly tart too. Easy drinking, quite good. I appreciate the balance, not getting too crazy with fruit.

Can from brewery, thanks guys. Amber color with thick white head. Strong spicy aroma with orange, clove, anise, cinnamon. Taste, spices, lot of spices, oranges, peel. Saison beer is very hidden. Good.

Can via 100 piv. Moderate sourness, lacto with med-light funk included. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate fruitiness, stone fruit maybe? I really can not tell, the funky lactic sourness takes the spotlight. Easy drinking. Quite good.

26-12-20 // 500 ml can via RB trade. Thanks cuso. There are better BIPAs. Very harsh bitterness and roast. Not balanced.

Can via 100 piv. Strong spice character throughout the beer. Anise takes the spotlight here, but also cinnamon and orange noticeable. Base saison character pretty much hidden beneath the spice. Quite good, even if slightly lacking a bit of sophistication.

Can from 100 pív I tried. Oh I really tried, but for me this is mostly anise. Like it's not bad, but anise. :)
