CBJ Tasting. Thanks to Wingman for the can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Good creamy sweet malts. Modern Mosaic tasting candy fruits. Ripe tropical fruits. A little spice on the finish. Decent.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly airy and soft, good fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts, a fluffy creamy sweetness. Hops start with a light pine and a mild hop spice. Savoury skunk is particularly savoury here. HBC1019 blazes like the sun, Sabro and limey Sorachi aspects evident and dominant, so how does one appreciate the McKenzie hops here? Well there is definitely something else going on, beyond HBC1019 and it's spicy bitterish Bergamot flavour. Touch of black pepper, quite rounded. Light and semi dry finish leaves a mild hop spice linger and very fucken complex fruity hop residue! Rather good, what?
