Launched in August 2021, the Gentleman brasserie in Habay-la-Vieille is a resounding success. At its head, Quentin Chauvaux, an employee of the Rulles brewery, who therefore knows the workings of the brewing world well.

Sampled @ Brassigaume 2022. A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, biscuit malt, herbal malt.
