--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, small head. Bready nose with grass and apples. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Ashy bread, grass and notes of apples. Mid bitter finish.

13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of stewed fruits, malt, grass, caramel, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Fair.

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops, flowers and little fruits. Light bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden, cooked vegetables, some mild sweet malts, a bit earthy and dusty tones too. Flavour is floral, some wooden and mild herbal tones with some cooked vegetables.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay - straw - nutty, caramel - toffee, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet nutty, caramel, sweet malt, hay - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221211]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a quickly dissipating beige head. Good, clean, crystal malt aroma. Medium body, sweet crystal malts and a sufficient hopping for balance. Nothing fancy, but clean and well made for what it is. 011222
