500 ml bottle sampled in 2010. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing off/white head. Plain aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is moderate malty with a hint of caramel, light fruit and low bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Decent drinkable beer, but nothing special whatsoever.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Caramel-malty nose with some fruity hops, like one would expect from a dark English bitter. Fruity and malty flavor with a lightly spiced bitterness. Some bitterness in the else malty finish. Medium body. A quite drinkable beer, but sure one of the boring ones. 100917

Bottle.Deep golden / amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit. Flavour is malt, hop, caramel, fruit. Medium body. OK beer.

[Bottled] Nut brown, small head. Fruity and lightly roasty. Fairly sweet with clean mouthfeel. Notes of tobacco. Lightly salty finish. Somewhat unrefined and rather soulless. Quite like Bass I’m afraid.

The aroma is sweet malty with notes of hops. The color is amber and it has a white disappearing head. The flavor is of roasted malt and the carbonization prickles the tongue.
