Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with a balanced rising boost.

Taking this beer from the drinks of the world, Geneva. Drinking and enjoying this beer on the train to Biel, last beer to rate this year and it was a good surprise, not usual in Switzerland, a lager, a bit sour with a note of oat, wheat, fruity, rhubarb, 31.12.22

On tap at Cukrarna Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Blackish coloured, small beige head, chocolate cookies in the nose. Chocolate cookies, light caramel, notes of burnt marshmallows and some alcohol with sweet finish.
