Hilaria Gastropub, CDMX bottle: pours super pale with white head. Aroma is light grain and vague fruitiness. Taste is sort of bad. Seems off. Not a proper kolsch.

A nice golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light infection. In mouth, a bitter sweet caramel malt with herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light acidity, something wrong with this one. Bottle at San Pascualito Food Truck Park, Cancún.
