BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Hazed yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of musty, perry pear, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity, perry pear, fleshy, musty funk, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, earthy. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, apple pie, fruity, fleshy, funk hint, with drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sweet & sharp acidic finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazed pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of pear, minerals. Taste is sweetish, tart, fruity perry peat, juicy with some funk and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart peary finish. Nicely drinkable

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Golden copper with a fast collapsing white crown. Nose is crisp apple, touch of caramel, light glue, mellow funk, straw. Taste comprises tarte apple, tannins, barnyard notes, straw, hedgerow, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent funky cider.
